Hi everyone! I just joined. I'm 45, a mother to 5 kids. About 7 years back I underwent gastric sleeve surgery. It was the greatest choice of my life. My life was transformed by it. I dropped more than 100 lbs, then put back roughly 25 over several years due to various medical issues and everyday circumstances. About 4 months ago I began compounded tirz from brello. Around Halloween I weighed 178lbs. Now I'm taking 8.8 mg of tirz and have begun spacing out the doses since I'm on my final vial. Currently I'm at about 145… just figuring out my next step. I'm considering stacking tirz with Reta and switching to peptides for the same reason as everyone else haha. Now I need to focus on building muscle, and I'd like to shed another 10 or so as a cushion for when I stop. I'm confident that with the tools I've got, I can keep things steady overall. Appreciate the welcome!

Nice work — that's quite a milestone. In my own case, once my energy went up, maintaining my weight seemed to get a little less difficult.
I feel the same way! Getting enough rest plus moving your body makes a huge difference. For me, starting the day with a protein shake right away helps me stay on track with protein from the start.

Absolutely, I feel the same way. For me, the problem was always eating snacks late at night, so stopping tirz makes me anxious for exactly that reason.
