Hey all,

I figured I’d post a quick intro since I’ve just joined.

I live in Poland, and over here the peptide topic is still pretty niche — most folks haven’t really come across it. That’s part of why I signed up: I want to pick up knowledge from members who’ve been at it longer, keep proper track of their lab work, and talk about this stuff with more structure and a stronger evidence base.

My main areas of interest are metabolic health, body composition, recovery, sensible nutrition, TRT, and the way various interventions shift lab values over time. I train frequently, I’m strict about food and rest, and my overall aim is health optimization rather than quick short-term wins.

Right now I’m trying out a “GLOW”-type protocol, except I’m running the compounds one by one instead of as a ready-made blend. To be specific, I’m using BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu separately, mostly for recovery, tissue support, skin and connective tissue health, and to see what they do to bloodwork.

Down the road I’d also like to explore a more mitochondrial and anti-aging oriented route, with things such as MOTS-c, NAD+, and epitalon. For the time being I’m taking it one step at a time, monitoring markers, and not piling on too many things at once — otherwise you can’t tell what’s responsible for what.

Lately I’ve been focusing more on bloodwork, minerals and general health markers included, since I believe lab tracking matters when you experiment with supplements or protocols. I’m particularly curious how others read shifts in markers such as copper, zinc, inflammation markers, liver enzymes, CBC, metabolic markers, and similar labs.

I’m not posting to ask for sources or recommendations. I know the forum rules about that, and my plan is to read, learn, and take part the right way.

Glad to be learning from the community, and I hope I can add something useful too.

Greetings from Poland, and thanks for having me here.

Glad to have you here! Your emphasis on recovery and getting your health dialed in comes through, and talking about peptides alongside functional lab testing might open up some good conversations in this space. What I'd like to know is: how did you initially become drawn to recovery compounds such as BPC-157 and TB-500?

Thanks for such a friendly reception.

My own journey began largely as a result of a shoulder injury. Shoulder bursitis set me back in training, and that is what made me start digging deeper into recovery, inflammation control, connective tissue support, and a more organized approach to healing.

So right now I am in week 5 of running BPC-157 and TB-500 as separate compounds, with recovery and soft tissue repair as the main goals. From my own subjective point of view, my shoulder has gotten much better and seems either healed or very nearly fully healed. I realize this is just my own experience and does not prove anything, but the change has been clear.

I am also in week 7 of GHK-Cu, used mainly for skin quality, appearance, and general tissue support. Subjectively, I can see a difference in my skin too, particularly in how it looks and its overall quality.

At the moment my plan is to continue the BPC-157 / TB-500 recovery phase for roughly 8 weeks in total, and GHK-Cu for roughly 12 weeks in total. After that, I want to shift toward a more mitochondrial / anti-aging oriented phase using compounds such as MOTS-c, NAD+, and epitalon.

I try to keep my approach structured and avoid adding everything at once, since otherwise it becomes impossible to tell what is actually helping. Because I am also on TRT and train frequently, I already track bloodwork, recovery, sleep, hematology, liver markers, inflammation, minerals, and general metabolic health.

I am not looking for shortcuts. My aim is to understand better how these tools can fit into training, recovery, longevity, and health optimization when they are used thoughtfully.

Hello from Florida. The wife and I are looking at a trip to Poland next year, so I may well be in touch.

Just Reta and TRT for me at the moment.
