Hello everyone, I'm a middle-aged mother of 4 living in NJ! I saw some results while using GLP1, but once I stopped and began searching for something different, I went down the rabbit hole and landed here. Navigating forums can be a bit tricky for me, so I'm hoping to come across plenty of useful information and stay out of trouble with the rules, haha! I broke my elbow not long ago, so I'm putting the extra free time into research. Happy to be part of this!
