New member checking in from Florida

Hello all,

I just signed up for the forum, so I thought I would say hello. By trade I am a firefighter/paramedic working in South Florida, and fitness, health, and performance have been a big part of my life for years. Peptides and GLP-1s have been on my radar for quite a while, and I finally made the choice to join a community where members genuinely post about their own experiences and outcomes.

My goal here is to pick up knowledge, swap insights, and ideally sidestep some of the guesswork that goes along with all of this. I am eager to browse the forums and get acquainted with everybody.

Glad to have you here. I'm sure this isn't news to you, but make sure you're drinking enough water. The FFE is basically a sauna that belongs just to you while you're on the job, and letting yourself get dehydrated while on a GLP is a disaster just waiting to strike
