I’ve been quietly reading through all the posts here for some time now.

I’m 38 and live in the North of Ireland. I began Triz roughly 18 months back and then took a break from it. More recently, within the last couple of months, I’ve started Reta, and overall my weight has dropped from 22st to 17.10

Excited to keep shedding more 💪🏻
 
Got a lot of love for Ireland — it feels like my 2nd home. Tough country to be careful in, with food and drink everywhere. Fair play to you for joining up and getting on with it! Reta is a solid start, but this world holds far more than that.
