Hey everyone.
I'm a 37 year old guy. Last year I began a TRT+ path, aiming to improve my shape and health. Things have gone pretty smoothly. There was a small hiccup a few months back, but now it's time to really ramp things up. At this point the aim is to reach roughly 10% bf, then add muscle. Being 200 lean would be great, and after that maybe I'd push toward 220, depending on how I look and feel at that point.
The main obstacle is breaking my snacking patterns, especially while I'm at work. I've adjusted parts of my diet to bring in more lean protein. Still, carbs are a strong craving for me, and I can go past my target without much trouble.
For around a year or so, my wife has been on pharma glp1. It helped her a lot, but she lost a fair amount of muscle along the way. My hope is that by keeping my protein up and staying consistent in the gym, I can keep that to a minimum. Only time will show how my body responds. Still, I'm happy to be here.
