Thrilled to join this space and soak up everything I can!

My path began in February '24 using compounded Ozempic, and by now I've cycled through all 3 GLPs. I'm back on Tirz, which gave me the greatest joint pain relief out of the 3, plus it turned down the food noise!

I also gave GLOW a try, but stopped after 1 week because of an unexplained allergic reaction. I worried it might have come from the TB-500. More recently I added GHK-CU, and it's not going smoothly (welts and bruises 😵), but I'm not quitting!

In any case, I'm eager to explore and pick up knowledge from all the information shared here!

Welcome!

GHK-cu isn’t always easy to deal with. I’ve been injecting it for quite some time, and nearly every single time I end up with a red, itchy welt that lasts around 8 hours. For close to 3 weeks I basically had to force myself to keep going, and only after that did I begin to notice any results. In my view it’s worth sticking with, though how well you handle discomfort probably plays a big role.

You should absolutely give the Anela protocol a shot. It didn't eliminate the pain entirely, but it brought it down to a level I could handle, which let me get through my first vial. I paused for a while (mostly because I needed a mental reset from the whole thing) and now I'm prepared to start again, this time adding epi/lido (the final fallback option in the Anela protocol).

Best of luck, and welcome to the forum!

Can someone explain the Anela protocol? I looked around, but nothing came up describing it.

That GHK sting is no joke—I'm right there with you! Vial number 1 was fine, but vial number 2 is really putting me through it! I'm not sure I'll be able to stick with it!

the joint thing in real! In 4th week on Tz and my knuckles and fingers looks pretty!
