Hello everyone, I'm new to this and hoping to find guidance about CFS and Dysautonomia. After beginning BPC and TB, I've noticed some improvement with inflammation. Now I want to put together a protocol that targets fatigue and supports gut health. From what I gather, micro dosing GLP1s along with certain other peptides could be beneficial. Thanks.

I haven't been diagnosed with CFS, though autoimmune issues leave me dealing with severe fatigue along with exercise intolerance.

Right now I take Tirzepatide 3 mg plus a GhkCu/KPV blend. For 2 months I used KLOW, which I think made a big difference for my inflammation and joint pain. Once I finish the Ghk/KPV vials, I plan to return to it.

Friday was when I began 1 mg SS31 daily. That day I felt no real shift and remained very tired/fatigued (I napped for 3 hours). Yesterday, however, my husband and I went for a hike and it felt good-I wasn't worn out, I made it through the entire hike without wanting to sit down and rest, and afterward I still had energy left to go shopping, which isn't something I normally experience. My mood was also significanlty improved. It has only been 3 days, but if this keeps up it will be life changing for me.

I appreciate you getting back to me with those suggestions. The SS-31 protocol is something I plan to pursue, and after that I'll move on to MOTS-C. As for micro dosing Tirz to help with inflammation, I'm researching that option, and I'll also check out KLOW. Thanks once more, and it's great that you're getting some positive results.

CFS isn't something I've gotten an official diagnosis for either, but since I'm dealing with multiple sclerosis, the constant exhaustion is something I understand all too well. My own starting point was BPC, and it did bring a bit of relief. Right now I'm waiting for SS31 to arrive so I can run a cycle of it along with MOTS. One thing I can report is that NAD made a real difference for both energy levels and brain fog. For the mental cloudiness that comes with this kind of fatigue, I'm hoping to try Semax or Adamax next. KPV is another option I've come across that people praise for inflammation, so that might be worth investigating too.

MotsC is something I'd like to try, but I have concerns about it. This peptide acts as a stress signal, prompting cells to boost energy production when the body requires it. Because physical exertion can set off my symptoms, I'm concerned that using MotsC might lead to a flare up.
