Hi all! I just joined the forum and I'm eager to learn from everyone here.
I have ulcerative colitis (UC). While reading through various threads, I stumbled on KPV and saw that a number of members reported good results with it, so I wanted to find out more.
Glutathione is another one I'm curious about, and I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has tried either of these.
How did it go for you, and are there any trustworthy sources you'd suggest for further reading?
