hi everyone - 45f, in NY. a few months back i began tirz, and i've still got roughly 30lbs left to drop. i used to exercise way more than i currently do, but i'm working on getting back into it.

about 1 month ago i added NAD+, and more recently GHK-Cu (began 1 week ago). looking forward to picking up more from this forum!

Hi! 41f here. But based on the other side of the country. Also on Tirz and Ghk-cu. Had great success with the Tirz as I have been on it about 1.5 yrs. Started GHK-cu and KPV about a month ago mainly for my hair. I have always had thin hair, and it has been coming out more with the weight loss. Luckily, i dont have bald spots but i dont want to get there. I cant see the hair growth yet but I think i can feel stable when I run my fingers over my scalp. Hopefully not just wishful thinking. Lol! Are you doing your GHK subq or topical?

When it comes to GHK for hair regrowth, I've come across differing views about using it topically versus subcutaneously. My weight loss efforts have stretched over 10+ years. Since that time, my hair has thinned considerably. Whether that alone caused it is unclear, since hereditary factors are also at play.

welcome! i'm in a comparable situation — tirz for 4 months now, and i'd begun checking out GHKCU and NAD+. i'd be interested to know how those work out for you.

Hello! For several months now, I've been taking Tirz, GHK-Cu, and KPV. This week I only just began NAD. It isn't giving me any noticeable effect. How has it been for you?

It's unfortunate to hear about your hair. From what I understand, this is a common issue when people lose weight very fast — does that match your situation? How long was it before you noticed hair loss?

Subq. What about you?
