Back in December 2023, my doctor put me on Semaglutide sourced from a pharmacy. Each month I dropped roughly 3 pounds, and that continued all the way to my goal weight (yay!!). The hard part has been maintenance, because she lowered me all the way back to the starting dose. Then in December 2025 I came across peptide communities, and I've really been enjoying soaking up everything there is to know!
