Hi all... and a heartfelt thanks goes out to everyone who built and looks after this forum! Finding this group has me genuinely thrilled. What a fantastic resource! This space is still quite new to me. Safety is something I care about a great deal. Learning from the experiences all of you post makes me incredibly thankful. Thank you for being part of this!

My guess is you'll feel a lot calmer once you start digging through everything here. Plenty of folks are happy to point you toward trustworthy sources. Wishing you a great ride!

I'd also like to share a little background on what brought me here... Around 6 months back I had an iliopsoas tendon release, and the recovery hasn't gone the way it was supposed to. My goal is to give that healing some help, so for roughly 3 weeks now I've been taking KLOW (so far I can't tell any difference, and after reading through posts I'm considering moving to pinning BCP-157 and TB-500 separately). On top of that, I want to shed about 30 pounds that won't budge, and I began GLP1 around 2 months ago (semaglutide at first, then a switch to trizepatide a couple of weeks back). Thanks everyone, and I'm open to any protocol suggestions that might aid the tendon recovery.
