I joined as a quiet member back in Feb '26, and up to now I've simply been reading and picking things up from everyone here. Now that I've logged a few GLP miles, I'd like to start contributing to the conversation.

To begin with, a thank you to the regulars who consistently share what they've learned so the rest of us can gain from it. In a short stretch I've absorbed a great deal, and I won't be posting questions that have already been covered a thousand times. LOL. The search function exists. I really do value it.

At this point I've spent 4 months on Reta and dropped 35 lbs., and I feel better than I have in ages. I'm 65 M, and I've returned to the Y to do a water aerobics routine plus some Nautilus work for the upper body. Never before have I finished a workout feeling improved, and now missing a session irritates me because it leaves me feeling awful. At last I get what my friends meant about feeling good after exercise! I only needed to locate the right activity and start moving in the right direction. Retatrutide clearly played a part in getting me there. Very grateful.

While I'm at it, thanks also go to the Mods. Everyone realizes this is unpaid hard work done for the good of all. Reading through this site is genuinely enjoyable, and credit for that belongs to some solid people. So a special thank you.

Later on I hope to add something about my own experience with dosages and side effects, but I'll say right now that it has been worth it and I'm fully committed. It's exciting to see how much the Peptide revolution has bettered so many lives.

That feeling when you wrap up a workout and you're in better shape than when you started — isn't it great? Even more so if you remember a period when that seemed impossible. Congrats! I'm excited to swap stories with you (here on the forum . . .).

Glad you're here — I just joined too, and I'm doing my best not to be the person who floods the place with questions
