Hey everyone, Ryan here — great to be part of this group. My background is in bodybuilding at an intermediate level. Peps have been on my radar since summer 2024, and by now I've built up plenty of knowledge and hands-on experience worth passing along. I figure many of you are in the same spot. I'm pretty fresh to peptides too, but I hit the gym 3 days per week and I'm searching for peptides that pair well alongside my reta experience.
