hi, I'm in the USA. A while back I used terzeptide for 1 month and had great results, but the cost became too much for me — the compound company totally did me dirty. Now I'm planning to look into Reta, plus another option I only just heard about that's meant for high functioning anxiety. For a long stretch I was on adhd and depression meds, and the depression ones came with awful side effects, weight gain in particular. On top of that, they gave me AWFUL acid reflux. Anyway, happy to be here and pick up what I can!

The medical field? Honestly, it's a punchline.

Take depression and ADHD prescriptions. What's the endgame there — swallowing pills daily forever, right up until you're gone? Nobody talks about food, supplementation, or how you live!

Dropping weight did wonders for my mental state. These days I keep my bipolar disorder in check with lithium plus an antipsychotic whenever a flare-up hits. My everyday anxiety has improved too. Pregnenolone, lithium, chelated magnesium, and taurine + glycine alongside methylated B vitamins and TMG — that combo has me feeling right as rain.

It's tempting to fixate on peptides — selank gets plenty of praise — but there's a whole lot else you can fine-tune as well 🙂

Yep, I stay on top of my vitamins and working out. I try to eat as well as I can. That said, it doesn’t fix real medical problems. Sometimes it does make a small difference. Prenatals did more for me than I expected. Since I’m in perimenopause, that caught me off guard lol

It’s good that your stack is working for you. Health care here in the US is awful and way overpriced. Staying healthy shouldn’t come with a price tag this high.
