Hey all, I just joined and I'm hoping to tap into what you've all learned.

Some years ago I had orthognathic surgery. The bone structure came out well, but afterward I was stuck with ongoing partial numbness, tingling (paresthesia) across my lower lips and chin, and now and then I lose oral control — maybe 1 or 2 times a week I spill liquids. On top of that, my lips stayed chapped and painful all the time.

I went through a lot of options: TENS therapy, 1 year on B-vitamins (Neurobion/Cobamamide), and Pregabalin. None of them made a real difference.

Then something changed. 1 week ago I began using a topical GHK-Cu serum. My lips haven't been cracked for the first time in years!

That tiny bit of progress pushed me to put together a proper 'inside-out' plan.

Right now I'm roughly 120 kg (265 lbs) (32-35 BF% — measured on a scale, so not very precise), and my goal is 85 kg (187 lbs), while at last creating conditions where my nerves can actually recover.

Here's the rough outline: Weight Loss: Beginning Retatrutide with a very gradual ramp: 0.5 mg to start, then 1 mg for 4 weeks, then 2 mg for 4 weeks, to keep nausea and GI problems under control. Nerve Repair: KLOW injected subcutaneously every day together with oral B12 (Cobamamide) to help the myelin sheath. For gallbladder: 250 mg of Ursodeoxycholic Acid 2 times a day to shield my gallbladder through fast weight loss (fingers crossed), plus at least 2L of water each day.

So I'm wondering — has anyone here run a peptide stack like this for neuropathy while also on a GLP-1? And realistically, what timeline should I expect before sensory changes show up?

Hearing any of your experiences would mean so much. Thanks for taking the time to read!

I’ve had my eye on ghk-cu

as a possible fix for dry skin. I don’t know whether people here talk about that upside much, but my face and scalp are dry. Right now I’m on a topical ghk cu serum, though the change has been minimal. Curious what subq would do.

Once it shows up, I'll begin using it in 2 weeks

Hi there! I wanted to ask whether your dry lips are still improved? How are things going for you?
