Hey everyone,

My Tirz came from a telehealth provider, and I wrapped up the first vial today — that worked out to 6 shots. Over 5 weeks I've dropped roughly 7 pounds. I thought the scale would move faster, though at least it's heading the right way. I've been reading quietly here and over on Reddit, checking out what other peptides folks use. Right now I'd like to give GHK-cu a shot, and possibly KPV too.

One option I'm considering is an oral liposomal GHK-cu — has anybody here given that a try? I don't own bac water, spare syringes, vials, or that kind of gear, and it feels like you have to spend a chunk of money just to start with these peptides, so grabbing some drops off Amazon looks really tempting.

The other items on my list were semax/selank. Mots-c and Tesamarelin also catch my interest, but the more I read, the more I figure those are ones to save for later rather than start now.

Also, would GLOW/KLOW be useful for healing after a tooth extraction?

I keep coming across plenty of info on topical ghk, yet I haven’t found anything regarding oral. I’ve always been told that oral peps are broken down in the gut before they can work, though I might be mistaken

In my own head, you sound just like me! Right now I have a running list of peptides and blends that catch my eye: GHK-Cu, Epithalon, NAD+, Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, the KLOW mix along with what goes into it…and each new article I come across adds yet another one! I am holding off on purchasing anything since my knowledge about them is still too limited (and then there is the expense), yet learning about them is so compelling. I have countless tabs open covering dosing, protocols, research…peptides have absolutely become my latest special interest!

Plenty of folks appear to pair a fat-loss peptide such as terz or Reta alongside tesamarelin

Personally, I’m running Reta together with CJC 1295 + impamarelin, and so far it’s been feeling great

Still, based on what I’ve come across, Tess may go after belly fat in ways that cjc possibly doesn’t

Without any details on your SW or dosage, there is no way for anyone to judge whether 7 pounds over 5 weeks counts as a good outcome.

It comes across as though curiosity is driving you to sample every option. There has to be a solid justification for each peptide or stack you listed. If there is no genuine need, you shouldn't be taking any of it.

And no, Glow/Klow won't bring back a tooth that has already been pulled. Your gums will heal on their own in a few days.

39M, began at 245 and now sit at 238. I did 2.5mg for 4 weeks, then bumped to 4.0mg, and yesterday took 3.2mg (finished off the first vial, thinking I could add a bit more later in the week if it became necessary). It seems to be doing its job, and aside from some heartburn when I eat too near bedtime, side effects have been minimal.

My interest in trying ghk-cu comes from rosacea along with graying hair and a bald spot. Evidence for ghk-cu in those areas is thin, but I want to give it a shot. Still, I worry angiogenesis could aggravate the rosacea. I also have some lingering acne and acne scars. At 18 I took Accutane for severe acne.

Semax and selank are what I'd most like to try. Focusing on what I need to get done has been difficult, and with a baby arriving in 2 months I have prep to do. I quit aderall xr for adhd because when focus really mattered, it just made me fixate on how stressed I was about everything I had to finish. On top of that, I'm currently hyper fixated on reading about peptides.

There's a gym downstairs in my building, and I've gone once in the past month. I do use dumbbells at home, but nowhere near enough. Half the time I wake up dead, have to log on for work (WFH), my wife wants breakfast cooked, work always throws some emergency at me, the place isn't ready, and nothing gets done. Breaking that cycle is about as successful as losing weight without the glp-1 drugs — I had some success, but it keeps coming back after a while.

And yeh, I suspect sleep apnea since my Apple Watch gave me an alert, and I have a sleep specialist appointment booked in a month. Tirz already helps with that, but from what I understand, improvement in sleep would take a long time)

The other peptides I don't plan on taking unless I can first get myself active, and then only as needed. My total testosterone is also in the trash (197 on one test, 250 on another), but I won't pursue TRT since we aren't done having kids, and weight loss should help. My endocrinologist basically told me to go on glp-1 and lose weight so the testosterone would rise, and said free testosterone isn't low.

If only it could regrow a tooth, haha. I was simply asking whether it might speed up gum recovery, make it faster, or reduce discomfort.

From what I understand, GHK-cu really only does much if you inject it — I've never come across any report of oral use being effective. When it comes to selax and selank, a nasal spray form works well, so that could be something worth looking into.

They're marketed as liposomal, supposedly taken up in the mouth or able to make it through the gut. I burned a lot of time digging into whether that actually holds up, and the only thing I came away with is that it's plausible — there's just no human data behind it. Nearly all of these are labels you only see on Amazon. There's 1 brand that looks US-based, though it's pricey and gives off a bougie feel (on their homepage they're pushing Sashimi-grade fish oil, for instance).

I'm inclined to give it a shot because, as I see it, the downside isn't massive — it's not as if gray market comes with prime shipping — and I'm still torn about going gray. A piece of me thinks this is insanely stupid; I picture myself telling people I know, [[Q1]]. I know how I'd react if someone said that to me, yet here I am lol.

Hello! Glad to have you!

Based on what I've looked into, GHK-Cu specifically tends to be applied to the skin most often. As for the rest, like L-cartine and so on, from what I know the results aren't as strong.
