Hey everyone,

I'm 24, hit the gym regularly, and I'm in decent shape. Peptides are completely new territory for me, but I'd like to take things up a notch. My left knee started giving me trouble 4 years back, and once the MRI finally came through after months of waiting, the result was an extra fat in my knee. They suggested physio, though I'm curious what peptides might offer instead.

Hey, glad you're here! When knees are involved, proper physical therapy is something worth pursuing. A few peptides show potential for reducing inflammation and supporting recovery. One example is BPC-157, though each research subject responds differently.

Wishing you relief!
