Hey all. I signed up today since I keep hearing about how incredible Reta is, so I figured I would hop on the bandwagon too.

I'm just here to soak up whatever knowledge I can. Sermorelin is the only peptide I've used before, and it gave me excellent results.

I've also picked up some solid weight loss approaches that don't involve Reta/GLPs, and I wanted to pass them along to the community. The biggest one is following a ketovore (keto/carnivore) way of eating for losing weight, because it really helps calm the mind around hunger and cravings while addressing IR and Metabolic problems.

Let's all support each other in becoming our best selves and crushing it in life!

My own starting dose was a bit bigger — 2mg (yes, I’m a hypocrite 🤣). The only thing I’ve noticed is a tingling sensation on my skin, but I stay on top of my electrolytes and make sure I get enough protein and food each day. Early on it was tough since I had basically zero appetite, so I log everything in an app.

Like other people have said, I’d go with 0.5mg as your starting point so you can get a sense of how it hits you at first.

I went that route too, but after reading further I've decided to reduce my dose down to .5. For 2 days I felt extremely dizzy and very drowsy. Of course, reactions vary from person to person, but I came across a .5 protocol from someone else on this site that caught my interest.

No side effects whatsoever on 1mg. Moved straight up to 2mg for the following 3 weeks, and still nothing. Currently at 4mg. Many folks recommend a gradual increase, but when 1mg gives you no side effects at all, I support going directly to 2mg.
