Hi everyone!

I'm Hayley, writing from the States. My weight loss journey began with tirizeptide, but once my insurance stopped covering it, I switched over to Reta.

Between the two, I've dropped 198 lbs and I definitely prefer Reta. It's been a wonderful ride and I've finally hit my goal weight. These days I'm only taking it to maintain.

That's seriously impressive progress so far! Do you have a reliable maintenance strategy in place? Let us know how it goes.
 
Thank you! For Reta, I’ve stayed on a maintenance dose of 4mg. I hit the gym 3 times per week for weights. So far that’s been enough to hold steady.

I used to track calories, but I’ve stopped doing that
