Hey everyone, after spending a bit more time going through the different threads, I figured I'd share a fuller introduction here.
Reta is what caught my attention first, mainly due to its glucagon component. The notion of one peptide hitting three receptors at once, and layering direct fat mobilization over appetite suppression, struck me as genuinely intriguing.
Reta excites me, particularly the way it wipes out food noise, but what truly won me over was BPC-157 and TB-500. A lumbar spasm hit me, with deep stabilizer muscles locked in protective contraction, pressing on my sciatica and radiating into the glutes. I couldn't hinge forward, sitting aggravated it, and standing was the only thing that helped. This went on for a year, flaring after any workout that involved the glutes. BPC and TB sorted it out, settling the pain within 2 weeks. That's the point when I began exploring the whole menu of peptides my friend had been using, and I became sincerely curious about every last one of them!
GHK-Cu is now part of my routine too, 250mcg each night before bed. After every injection I get a red coin mark, even after diluting with extra BAC. Alongside it I take Vitamin C and 15g of Collagen Supplement to support the GHK-cu. I'm not sure whether I should occasionally add a Zinc supplement to balance out the GHK-cu I've been using. Timing and dosage still need figuring out, and there are other factors to weigh.
Semax is in the mix as well! It has a faint coffee smell? haha. Thinking about pairing it with Selank!
Learning has always been something I love. I told myself, if I'm going to obsess over something, why not pick something that builds better longevity, deeper health knowledge, and a long-term research practice for myself? Peptides gave me a way to understand my own body at a level I never had before. Mitochondrial stack is likely my next focus. Right now I'm only on MOTS-C (day 4), since NAD and SS-31 aren't available yet.
I'm definitely also interested in running FOX04-DRI (senolytic peptide - clearing zombie/senescent cells) as a cycle before Epithalon (revitalizing existing cells). Maybe I should have done that ahead of the Mitochondria stack!
Other peptides I'm curious in: Pinealon, Glutathione, CJC-1295 no DAC, Tesamorelin, and probably more to add in time!
My curiosity with all of this does come with concerns. Purity, Endotoxins, cautious of GH secretagogues, unknown effects due to limitations of human research. What not to overlap or to add for full optimization. Hence why I am here!
