My goal has always been to look really lean — think Brad Pitt in Fight Club — but I've never managed to get there. A few cuts in the past ended with me stalling out near 160 lbs, and once that happened I'd quit.

That's the whole reason I'm starting retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3"). By no means am I overweight or fat: I'm 5'11", 170 lbs, carrying a decent amount of muscle, so my hope is that I won't need to remain on it very long before hitting my goal. Only long enough to drop to a point I'm happy with, then maintain from there. My guess is that 150 lbs is the target.

My first dose, 0.8 mg, is now in. We'll see how it all plays out. I'd love to post progress updates in the glp-3subforum, but posting privileges aren't available to me. Any idea how I could get them?

I'm eager to see what you share next.
