Hey all! I figured I’d say hello and tell you a bit about my path with GLP-1.

My tirzepatide journey began in December 2025, and up to now I’m down 47 pounds altogether. What this has meant to me goes well beyond what the scale says—it’s involved getting healthier, gaining back my self-assurance, and figuring out how to make smarter decisions for myself.

I’ve still got a long way to go, and I realize there will be bumps in the road, but I feel good about the progress I’ve made. I can’t wait to swap updates, share what I’ve picked up, talk about the highs and lows, and hopefully link up with people walking a similar path.

Welcome aboard! Achieving so much progress within such a brief window is genuinely impressive.

From my perspective, the adjustments you're making come from the right place — improving yourself and your health overall.

Taking pride in this is deserved; you've accomplished quite a bit already. I'm eager to follow the rest of your journey.

Every one of us is, and always will be, a work in progress. Challenges are everywhere in life, and they're exactly what gives it meaning.

I just arrived as well! Glad to have you here!

I really appreciate the welcome and the nice things you said! That means a great deal to me. I'm certainly happy with the progress I've made, though I realize there's still a long road ahead. Getting healthier, feeling improved, and making lasting adjustments are what I'm aiming for most.

You're absolutely right, none of us are finished yet, and we pick up something from every obstacle we face. I can't wait to keep sharing where I'm at and to pick up things from others in this space too!

Great start — you should be pleased with that! Glad you are here, there is always more to pick up!
I really appreciate it! Looking at how far I’ve gotten, I feel a lot of pride, and I’m looking forward to picking up more along the way. Having a space where people swap stories and lift each other up means a lot to me, and I’m thankful to be included!

Thanks! And welcome to you as well! Knowing there are other new folks besides me feels good. I can't wait to learn alongside everyone and share this journey together!
