I'm really happy to have found this community and to be picking up so much knowledge.

Reta has been part of my routine for 13 weeks now, and my life is gradually transforming. Finding this place has truly been a blessing.

Not at this point. The weight has been coming off at a steady pace, so I haven't seen a reason to add anything else so far
 
Welcome aboard, aaaforce. It's wonderful that Reta is working well for you. In my experience, consistent weight loss helps you stay motivated, and it's been great watching your progress develop.
 
Today I began Reta at a low dose (0.25), because 1mg of tesa took me from 230 up to 524 over 6 weeks.

What are the sides and benefits like?
