G’day! I’m an Aussie getting on in years who’s been training for a long time—kickboxing and weightlifting have given me plenty of pain lol or pleasure, depending on how you see it. As the years went by, injuries set me back a fair bit, which was annoying, but not long ago Reta gave me a breakthrough and I shed a huge amount of weight. That made me willing to explore other peptides, and Tesamorelin has been treating me really well as of late.

I signed up here since I enjoy meeting folks walking similar paths. I’m eager to pick up things from what you’ve all been through, pass along what’s worked in my case, and simply exchange pointers about weight loss, peptides, meds, and whatever else keeps us moving forward.

Can’t wait to dive in, learn from everyone, and cheer on the victories together—whether they’re big or small!

Cheers

Aloha and welcome,

I'm also well past a few years old, and something of a gym rat. Yes, I'm on Glp-1s—in fact, I stack Retatrutide with Tirzepatide. Plus I'm using gh secretagogues. I also take GLOW (no elevated cancer risk) and it's incredible for healing all those minor persistent aches and pains we develop. You might want to check into that. Or if you have elevated cancer risks or concerns, just ghk-cu.

yeh that makes sense - appreciate you getting back to me! since I'm past the 40 mark I'm also using TRT, so right now I'm just trying to piece together reta T and tesamorelin, with ghkcu down the line - I'll for sure check out GLOW thanks for the tip!
