Welcome aboard! I've only been around for 4 months too, and the community has already proven really useful to me. I'm 55 years old, stand 5'7", and my weight has come down from 245 to roughly 194 — although these past couple of weeks it hasn't budged. Each week I take 6 mg of Tirz and stack 1 mg of Reta on top, simply aiming to keep the momentum going the right way.

It's good that you're here and heading in a positive direction — having somewhere to learn and swap experiences with folks dealing with the same things genuinely makes a difference
