I'm in my mid 60s and have been reading this forum for roughly 2 yrs without posting. From my early 20s onward, I used AAS in cycles, on and off. The past few yrs I've stayed off, but my curiosity has shifted toward GH, secretagogues, and peptides, mostly because I care about health and longevity now.

Strength and muscle training are behind me. After several surgeries — knee, shoulder, and others — my joints can't take that kind of punishment anymore. So I figured I might pick up some knowledge here, and maybe add something useful of my own as well.

Currently I'm only using reta; I've got roughly 15-20 lb to shed from my midsection. Labs drawn around 2 wks back showed Test at 410, free test at 13.2, and IGF at 193. I had been expecting some tesa, but given how shipping has been going, it might never arrive. I've got plenty of HGH on hand, though I was hoping to give secretagogues a shot first.

Good to hear that. From what I gather, plenty of men can get their testosterone production going again even following long stretches of cycling. Much of what doctors say gives the impression it's the reverse.

How's the reta treating you?

Yeah, a heavy PCT isn't always required, and provided nothing in your system is unhealthy, you'll almost certainly get your test back, even if how long that takes differs from person to person. For me, reta is very effective; I typically run it for roughly 2 months, then take 4-6 months off. I've kept this up for around 2 years and my weight has dropped from about 280 down to 215-220 now. I won't go longer than a couple months at a stretch because I hate the tiredness and lethargy that hit me for 2-3 days after each pin.
