Hello everyone,
My research began in March. I've spent more than a year reading up on peps. I'm joining now so I can take part in discussions and keep building my knowledge.
Athletics have been part of my whole life, but a shift in my job means I sit around much more now. The drop in food noise has been excellent so far. The one downside I've noticed is that I feel way more worn out than I normally do.
Because I play in rec leagues, I'm working on buckling down and dropping additional weight; the pounds I've put on haven't been kind to my joints. So my main reason for being here is to support my body as a whole, which ultimately also supports my mental health.
Appreciate the welcome, and I'm eager to learn from everyone and talk with other highly knowledgeable researchers.
