Hi all,

Daniel here, writing from Germany. NAD+ has been a topic I've dug into for quite some time, and lately I've been looking into its relationship with GLP-1 and metabolic health — that's what brought me to this place.

Right now I'm mainly tinkering with NMN stacks and attempting to work out which ones genuinely deliver value. I'd really like to know which combinations others are using and what results you're getting.

Sharing experiences is always welcome!

I’m at the beginning stages of looking into this, though I’ve gone through plenty of material on why responses vary from person to person, particularly when it comes to the dose people start with. The range of differences is fascinating, and I have to admit I haven’t dug into the NAD+ side of things yet lol

The options really do multiply – NMN, NR, NAD+ shots straight in, IV drips… so relying on guesswork makes far less sense than getting actual measurements. For my money, the most straightforward and dependable method to confirm a protocol is doing anything at all is monitoring NAD+ in the blood – get a baseline test, then run another one several weeks later. Doing it that way removes all the subjective fog and shows you precisely what is making a difference.
