Hey everyone, this is my first time posting and I'm a bit anxious haha. Weight loss has been a battle for me, same as many others. Since I grapple, keeping a steady weight is genuinely tough, and so is managing my appetite along with some poor eating patterns. That loop of cutting weight for competition, then getting super hungry, then putting back on everything I'd dropped — I got sick of it. It didn't seem like something I could keep up. A while back I began Reta, and the difference it's made is HUGE. Now I can stay near my competition weight and just coast through the day. My eating habits have shifted a lot, and that craving to demolish a whole dozen Krispy Kreme donuts right after weigh-ins? Gone haha.

Combining a small amount of Reta with a small amount of Tirz has been life changing for me. My relationship with food—and with alcohol as well—has improved significantly. It has also made my relationship with the gym better.

I'm currently using tirz, though I'd like to give reta a try down the road too. That sense of RELIEF these meds bring -- finally being free of constant food thoughts -- is something I completely understand!

TB500 and BPC would've been brilliant back when I was doing jits.
I've thought about giving these a go. Are you running a GLOW stack? And what's your take on the possible tumor growth risk?

I'm thinking about giving KLOW a shot to bring down inflammation. GLOW is something I haven't used. Back in January I did a BPC/TB cycle. Some of my older injuries seemed to improve from it. For me, the balance of risk and reward seemed worth it. The forum has plenty of posts from people sharing what they've been through.
