Hi everyone! I've done my share of reading, quietly following along, and learning things the hard way, and now I've decided to actually join the forum so I can figure out the parts of this process I never even realized were there. Right now I'm healing up from my third operation in 6 years, and honestly, bouncing back seems to get tougher annually. Clearly, there's still plenty of material for me to work through
