Hi everyone, I’ve just turned 40 and I live in the UK. Right now I’m working on losing fat.

I count calories, go to the gym, and take walks. Last week I took my first reta dose of 0.5G 👍🏻

Nice work on taking that first step!

Would you be okay sharing what made you decide to begin at 0.5mg? Or is 0.5G a measurement from some other dosing scale or unit?

I’ll be turning 40 before this year is over, and about 18 months back I kicked off my own path of self improvement — no regrets since. After you start pep, stopping isn’t an option!

At the moment I’m on Reta within my growth cycle, mainly using it to keep insulin resistance from HGH in check.

Hi, I'm in the UK as well! I've also just begun Reta, though the person I bought from (a UK reseller) told me to begin with 2.5mg. Have you used glps at any point before?

Currently running tir, though Reta has me curious — it keeps coming up as the favourite.
Tirz works really well when the goal is rapid fat elimination, though it can bring substantial downsides. Because the fat comes off so quickly and dramatically, you may lose muscle and end up with more excess skin. On top of that, there are possible problems like hair shedding, low blood sugar, and other complications tied to inadequate nutrition, such as not getting enough essential vitamins and calories when intake is cut severely.

Reta, by contrast, is far gentler. It helps you choose better foods while you continue consuming 50%-80% of your usual amount, and it still greatly quiets food noise. Another plus: it triggers your glycogen receptors, so you burn extra calories even while resting! Yay!
