A fresh prescribing guide has just gone up from Hallendale Pharmacy, aimed at providers writing their tirzepatide and semaglutide scripts. Their direct-to-provider pricing is laid out in it.
Genuinely entertaining — very Starbucks, what with the new “Forte” concentration names and the mixers on offer from B12 through NAD+ and on to low-dose opioids. Give me 2 vials of forte, a pump of B12, 2 pumps of glycine. They still need proper marketing names, something like semaglucodone or tirzentanyl
The reason for the update: they used to run a 1 year BUD (beyond use date), because Florida only started enforcing USP 797 this past November. Now that window is cut to 90 days. Order volume is capped too — 2 is the recommendation, 3 if the provider takes on responsibility for anything used past its date. Word is a 120 day
BUD is coming. How they'd manage that I don't know — terminal sterilization? I didn't think that was doable with peptides.
