Hi. How I found this site I am not sure, but I am glad I did.
6'2" 60 yo male, 175 lbs.
Nov 1 had me at 202 lbs, a fairly fit dude carrying what you might call a healthy spare tire. Outdoor activities started suffering, so Zepbound went in. On the starter dose I reached 175 in 8 weeks. The point of it was to jump-start what will be a healthier lifestyle going forward.

So here I am!
Once the last zep dose is done I am actually switching to retatrutide.
