Hey everyone - I'm a 42-year-old guy with a newborn. I've been an athlete for a long time: competitive cycling across road, mountain, track, and cyclocross, plus Nordic skiing that included high school and NCAA racing. These days lifting and hiking are my main things. Right now I'm dealing with some stubborn elbow tendinopathy and trying to rehab it. I've started looking into healing peptides and secretogoblin peptides, since I'm still lifting 4x per week and doing 30-60 minutes of stairs for cardio 3x per week, no matter how much sleep I get!

My goal is just to make it through the newborn phase in good shape and keep building my Father Figure.

Hey! Glad you're here. BPC 157 and ,tb,500. These can really help you out. You'll want to get comfortable with pinning every day. Usually the pattern is 2 months on, then 2 months off. I go heavy with it, then stay off for the same stretch.

My situation is close to that, except I wasn't especially fit and never did extreme sports. After my weight crept up over the last 10 years, I've been using tirz for a few months. I recently began glow for persistent old shoulder problems that act up when I lift, and to help my skin stay in reasonable condition while losing weight. Wishing you all the best!

Awesome, I'm approaching that same age bracket as well. Could pick up a thing or two from your experience.

Congrats on the newborn. First one for you?

I’m 53 with 3 kids of my own (a 17yo girl, 15yo boy, and 10yo boy), so I get the lack of sleep—though honestly, as they grow, I’m sleeping even less because I wait up until my daughter is back home.

Not long ago I began working toward getting in Better shape and living healthier, so I can stick around for my kids as long as I can.

He's my first, and one thing I've realized fast is that anyone handling this with more than 1 kid deserves major credit.

Appreciate it! So far I've used KLOW/GLOW along with a few secretagogues. Lifting 4x per week while on KLOW and GLOW, my recovery clearly improved, but the secretagogues were what really stood out to me. CJC/IPA in particular. Only 8 days after my daughter arrived I was already back in the gym, and even with terrible newborn sleep I kept making progress on progressive overload. Once the vial ran out, the very next day I felt beat up and sore.

I haven't bought straight from a supplier yet, which means I haven't been able to run any of these compounds for a long stretch. My plan for next time, I believe, is to buy the KLOW ingredients individually, letting me pin BPC more frequently while holding GHK-Cu at the dose I prefer.
