New and Overwhelmed

I just arrived here and I'm attempting to take in as much as I can so I don't end up hurting myself. For what feels like an entire lifetime I've been struggling, and I consistently avoided medications. This looks like it could be a solid choice.

This resonates with me! The amount to absorb is huge, yet finally having something that quiets the food noise—my number 1 problem—plus getting my eating and workouts on track has been a massive victory for me. So grateful for this community
