Going to the gym for 10 years.
The real six pack never arrived. Going up and down with the fat percentage.
Biggest issue is the food noise.

10mg reta bought, added 2ml of bac.
First shot is in 0.5mg last sunday, did not feel anything. Nervous for nothing.
Another thing i have, i don't drink enough water daily. Day two i got punished for this. Dehydrated and headache.
Plan is to go up in week 3 to 1mg, week 5 to 1.5mg.
Let's see what the deal is.
