Hello everyone!

Let me dive straight in. 2 years back I finally took a hard look at myself, and after a string of failed diets and workouts that produced nothing, I chose to try a GLP 1 compound (I won't name the site, since I'm unsure I should). The result was fantastic! 40lbs came off on semaglutide. Problem was, my income then was far higher than it is now, and that particular company charged a fortune — $300 a month — so it had to end.

Jump ahead to this year: nearly all of it is back and that's messing with my head badly. Hope did appear, or so I believed, when my Dr diagnosed PCOS and put me on Zepbound. A light at the end of the tunnel, finally — until the insurance said it isn't covered.

So I went back to comparing glp1 options — Ro, lily meds, and similar — hoping prices had come down by now. They have, but not by much.

During that search a side of this I never knew existed opened up, and it led me here. Where to begin, honestly, I have no idea. Each article adds something new. Finding this place is a relief, since everyone seems willing to help and shares roughly the same aim.

Losing weight is my single goal right now, and triz specifically is what I'm reading up on, being what my dr recommended. There's a great deal left to learn, and any help — or a pointer to the right articles — would be gladly taken.

I know that ran long lol, so thanks for sticking with it. Keen to learn 🙂
