I just had these three suggested to me. Right now I'm using RT and KLOW, and I'm considering adding MOTS-C and Tesa once my gym sessions get more intense. Do people actually notice the benefits from them, or not really?
Before you start Tesa, get a baseline IGF blood test. Then retest a month or two down the line.
As for MOTS-C, my early observations leave me hopeful that it's having some effect.
What I'd suggest is this: do the IGF blood test first, then begin the Tesa. Give it 4-8 weeks, test IGF again, and only after that add the MOTS-C. If you begin both at once, how would you tell which compound is responsible for whatever you're noticing?
