Hi!! I'm sharing my story since I haven't come across many that match mine. For the past month and a half I've been taking reta at 1mg (began at 0.5), and that dose has turned out to be the right fit for me.

In the past I struggled with EDNOS/ OSFED for quite some time, but I've noticed that this has put an end to the binge/purge episodes and allowed me to shed weight in a healthy way while eating in a sustainable manner (plus fasting every now and then). The one drawback is that beyond 24 hours I can't make it without vomiting up buckets of bile, which I suppose is also a bonus for someone with my mindset.

For context, I am 5ft and bmi 20, but want to lose weight for vanity purposes LOL.

I never really got what people meant when they said it doesn't curb food noise but makes you feel fuller faster - Until now and I can barely finish a tub of Chinese 😭

It's kinda like the food you eat feels like a lot more, nothing like a stimulant like vyvanse that makes you feel sick at the thought of eating.

Any questions, feel free to ask!! 🌸

A BMI of 20, combined with an eating disorder and using weight loss drugs for vanity, doesn't strike me as the healthiest route

Eating at maintenance, working out consistently, and coming to understand that this is what leads to looking and feeling better would be much healthier for you than using a peptide.

I hope you have someone supporting you or a therapist you can talk to, because it looks like you're swapping one harmful pattern for another, and your body seems to already be showing the effects of the neglect it has gone through.

Nope — my ED specialist actually brought up monj as a way to reduce harm, but because it's only partially covered privately, the cost would have been outrageous.

My bloods get checked every week, so everything's fine!
