Before I started reta, I had already made the decision to change my life. I was in the gym six days a week, showing up and putting in the work, but I was constantly battling cravings and insulin resistance. One of the biggest signs was the dark discoloration around my neck, and despite my efforts, it felt like I was always fighting an uphill battle.

After starting reta, everything changed for me. It didn't replace the work I was putting in—it helped me stay focused on it. The constant food noise and cravings became manageable, and instead of thinking about food all day, I could focus on my workouts, my nutrition, and my long-term goals.

So far, I've lost 45 pounds. The dark skin around my neck has cleared up, which was a huge milestone for me because it was one of the visible signs of my insulin resistance. I finally feel like I'm in control of my eating instead of my cravings controlling me. I can eat normal portions, feel satisfied, and make better decisions without constantly fighting myself.

I'm proud of how far I've come, but I know the journey isn't over. I still have about 100 pounds left to lose, so the battle is far from finished. This isn't a quick fix—it's a lifestyle change, and I'm committed to seeing it through. Every pound lost is another step toward becoming the healthiest version of myself, and I'm excited to keep pushing until I reach my goal.

Congrats! Way to understand the return is only as good as the investment. Keep crushing it!

Great job. Your story is an inspiration to many. I'm so glad your doing it right. With your additude your going to lose it all and keep it off. Keep it up, and before your at your goal, start making a plan for maintenance.

At what mg did you think you were getting the best results? How hard did 4.5 mg hit your system? I won't bug you anymore.
