Hi all, I want to tell you about how Cagri has gone for me so far.
Where I'm coming from
Retatrutide remains my base peptide — 3 mg twice per week, roughly 6 mg/week. Around two weeks back, trouble with Reta appeared. I was behind the wheel and out of nowhere came hunger. Not ordinary hunger and not food noise — this was "I NEED FOOD RIGHT NOW."
I attempted to ride it out, figuring it might be a one-off. Sadly, it kept returning over and over. Sure, I could have bumped my Reta from 3 mg to 3.5 mg twice a week (7 mg/week), but truthfully I had no wish to escalate. It's been just a bit over three months on it, and I don't want to be inching toward the ceiling dose this early.
It was precisely for these kinds of "emergency" situations that I picked up Cagri some time ago, intending to stack it with Reta.
I researched heavily in advance yet never found a definitive answer. Some people called Cagri a game changer; for others it was — how to put it — simply bad. So I chose to test it on myself.
Day by day
My first shot went in on 18.08.2026: 250 mcg of Cagri, roughly 3:00 PM. The next Reta injection stayed on schedule the following morning.
18.08. — Nothing at all. Zero effects.
19.08. — I realized I'd overslept. Usually I'm awake at 5 AM to walk my dogs and handle things. Instead I stayed asleep until the dogs roused me because they needed to go out. As for hunger, the day matched what came before.
20.08. — Waking up was the same story — I slept until roughly 6 AM. Then I had to drive to my other pets, and behind the wheel I sensed something wasn't right. My reaction time is normally razor-sharp. Today it wasn't. To be clear: nowhere close to "I can't drive." But also nowhere close to the crisp, clear-headed driving Adamax gives me.
By about 10 AM I was home eating breakfast. That's when the shift really hit me. With Reta alone, food still brought me pleasure. Today… I ate with zero enjoyment. The food tasted fine, but I got nothing out of it — I genuinely can't put it into words. Meanwhile, no early satiety either. I simply quit eating because it wasn't enjoyable.
After breakfast I went to bed and remained there until 2 PM. So the whole "productive" portion of the day vanished. I wouldn't say I slept the entire time, but I couldn't get up either. Even right now, I don't truly feel like working.
Full disclosure — my current stack
Right now I haven't made up my mind about staying on Cagri. The other option would be Elora, but I have none on hand, and it currently runs about 350 USD for 10×10 mg. I realize that's nothing next to white Tirz, yet it's still steep — particularly since you need 250 mcg of Cagri versus roughly 2 mg of Elora. So I'd prefer to remain with Cagri and try to adapt to it.
I figure I'll pin the next 250 mcg tomorrow and test a few things to lift my performance. At the moment I see three options:
I'll keep you posted.

I figure I'll pin the next 250 mcg tomorrow and test a few things to lift my performance. At the moment I see three options:
- Caffeine — frankly, I was happy to have escaped caffeine thanks to Semax and now Adamax. I don't want to head back down that path.
- Methylene blue — I bought it some time ago but never tried it, so I'd give it a go.
- Nicotine — I've taken it before but never truly noticed anything, especially while on Adamax. I'll try it once more.
I'll keep you posted.
