I am Mo, originally from Bangladesh, and the UAE has been home my entire life. 33 years old, male, 5'6" (169 cm), 258 lbs (117 kg).
Fatty liver plus prediabetes is what pushed me into starting a serious weight loss effort. Keto, carnivore, intermittent fasting: all three attempted. My only problem was giving in to cravings and gaining the weight right back. So peptides it is.
