Hi everyone, I’ve finally made an account after years of reading here without registering. Tirz has been part of my routine since May 2024, and I’ve been stuck on a plateau that won’t budge. I gave Reta a shot as an add-on, then used it by itself, and now I’m back on Tirz. The food noise is still there even at the highest dose, so I’ve been digging through posts to see how others handle the same problem. Yesterday I started 1 mg of Elora, and I’m hoping to add something useful to that area of research.
