A lot of people here are looking for peptides to ease stress, anxiety, or to get better sleep, and if that route works for you, great. But if you care about having control over the way outside events shape what happens inside your body, then I can't say enough good things about mindful meditation (Mindfulness). It's like a super power, and it's far simpler to practice than most people assume. Just minutes, and your world has improved. You grow calmer, and you figure out how to stop external triggers from winding you up. You build what amounts to an on/off switch that eventually you can use whenever you want, and even without noticing that you're using it. Picture staying calm and happy at all times, and when stressors arrive, they slide off like water down a ducks back - that's exactly what I mean, and that's how my life has felt for 25 years now - no stress, sleep like the dead, I swear. Below is a nine minute short guided mindful meditation from Sam Harris, who I appreciate because he brings no religious or new age elements into it; for him this is purely scientific, and anyone can reproduce it. If it resonates, there's plenty more, he also wrote an excellent book, which I recommend, and he has a few longer versions as well. In the end, you can just learn to develop your own version of this, which is portable, and can be deployed anywhere, anytime.

Sam Harris's mindfulness meditation was something I dove deep into a few years back, and it genuinely lifted me out of a mild depression

I could not recommend it more to anyone in a rough patch
Whether things are ordinary or going well, it still has value. Every area of life can benefit from it. When you possess awareness of your own mind, your emotional swings become manageable, and you avoid the shifting moods that bring about depression, bad sleep, and worse health. Most people struggle to picture themselves as entirely untouched by the everyday pressures of life, able to turn them aside like a barrier. On a day-to-day basis, I feel no stress at all, and when stress does occasionally slip through, it is recognized so plainly that both my mind and body remove it nearly right away. I am not claiming that I never grieve when facing severe hardship or tragedy — I do, and I have. Even in those moments, though, I hold the mental and emotional resources to handle it better, work through it, soften the suffering, and keep moving ahead in a sound way.

Meditation has been my practice for roughly 5-6 years now. Oddly, GLP1 usage has handed me more mindfulness and self-awareness than the practice ever did.

There are numerous varieties of meditation, and certain ones work better than others. Likewise, certain practitioners possess greater skill than others. I firmly believe that every person can achieve what I described earlier, and as I already stated, I fully support peptide therapy too, but in my view these approaches don't have to exclude one another.
