Hey everyone! All of this is pretty new to me, though I am willing to learn! This forum came my way through someone I follow on Facebook. Her willingness to share rather than gatekeep, as so many do, means a lot. A ton of Reddit posts have been read and a ton of videos watched, and for a middle aged person it is still all so confusing
