Hey everyone! I'm a 49-year-old woman, 5'6", and last year I dropped roughly 55 pounds while on tirz. I reached my target of 125 and throughout 2026 I've kept the weight off. My current dose is 7.5mg. Thanks to tirz, my inflammation and back pain have improved enormously, and I intend to remain on it for the long haul. This year I'd like to get in better shape and perhaps find something that boosts my energy. So, hello!
