Hello goes out to Detroit, Salt Lake and Washington D.C. How ya doin'?

OK so how's that for my intro? Straight out of Jim Morrison's mouth and onto your screen, in case you didn't know.
Middle aged male, currently calling Miami, FL home.
Plenty of subjects I know a fair bit about, but some of this is quite new to me, so finding a good community (it seems) with lots of good info is a nice change. Health-wise I'm pretty good, the gym is a regular thing, and there are more excess pounds I want gone as well as plenty of muscle I want to build. That said, Bell's palsy hit me a few months ago and really rocked me for awhile, though I'm starting to feel closer to normal. Anyone with insight into THAT nonsense, reach out to me lol...
Anyway, mixing it up with you all and learning some things is the hope. Enjoy the Valentine's Day weekend, y'all! =)
