A hello to every fellow glp1 enthusiast out there.
An injury brought me into this world: hit by a tractor trailer, and for years exercise or any real movement came with major pain. Being told I was too young for a hip replacement did not help. The years passed, depression set in and I ate my way through it. I got BIG!!! By the time I was old enough for a hip replacement ×2 and several rounds of shoulder work, I was ready to shed the weight. As I went from 330 to 265 the depression disappeared. A dietitian helped, and so did a wonderful peptide like Zepbound. This area became interesting to me. It's new to me and it's intriguing. Knowledge is something I love, so I joined this forum to learn from others and avoid making the mistakes of those who came before me. How active I will be is unclear, but reading I will be. If I genuinely believe I have something of value to add I will contribute; until then my mouth stays shut and I learn from those who have been down this road that I am heading down now. A big THANK YOU to the mods and to all the ones who contribute, because without you I would still be a depressed overweight middle age man.
