Hello All, my weight loss journey has started "again" fairly recently, having been overweight for most of my life. A diabetic type 2 diagnosis came about 7 years ago, and with a lot of effort I shed 30kg and pushed the diabetes back to pre diabetic.

A few years further on, stress and so on brought the weight back, as it does.

ozempic 1mg was what I took for a long stretch, but it stopped doing anything for hunger.

A relationship break up happened not long ago and I decided I was not happy and needed to lose weight once more. At 43 and diabetic it is not easy: gym 4 times a week, trying to eat clean, and still nothing moved.

So I decided to get some help with the journey and began reta + tesa along with bpc157 +tb500. Rugby left me with some old injuries, a shoulder and a really bad tennis elbow.

I had just been ghosting the site reading all the info. Great Community.
